Cancellation Policy
We have a 48hr cancellation/rescheduling policy. After 48hrs, half of your service will be charged. If sick, please cancel your appointment and a 2 week grace period to rebook will be accommodated. After the 2 weeks you will be charged the cancellation/rescheduling fee. There are no refunds or services. We have the right to refuse service. Please allow a 15minute grace period for services. After 15 minutes past your appointment time we may need to cancel and mark it as a last minute cancellation, resulting in a fee. Thank you!
