faq & policies
What services do you provide?
We specialize in hair styling and makeup application. This includes hot styling, blow outs, updos, braids, and extension install/styling. We provide all kinds of makeup services from bridal, to airbrush, to SFX.
For fringe trims, neck clean ups, hair colors/cuts, and extension application please inquire before your event.
Do you provide hair coloring and hair cutting?
No. However, many of our stylists specialize in salon work at their personal businesses. For hair colors and cuts, please let us know if you're in need and we will book you with our team leading up to your special day.
How far do you travel?
We can go anywhere your heart desires! Our team is flexible and will bring our craft to you. When it comes to booking our Airstream, please note some locations may not accommodate.
How many people can be in the Airstream at once?
We can have 3 stylists and 3 clients in the Airstream comfortably at once. For events and parties without services, you can fit up to 8.
What vendors are included in your services?
We include our team of professionals and our personal assistants. For photographers, wedding planners, florists, venues, etc, those will all need to be booked separately. If you need referrals, contact us and we will happily share who we recommend!
Can you come to my house?
Yes! The idea of this is to add comfort and ease to your event. We will assess your property ahead of time before bringing out Airstream over to make sure all runs smoothly. If you are unable to host the Airstream, we can still provide you services inside of your location.
Policies With the Airstream

Your desired location must accommodate the size of our 24ft Airstream.
We must have ample time to set up and take down before and after providing services.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
We must have the proper approval to be on the location from the venue or owner.
Outdoor services or a second location may be required depending on your parties size.
You will be responsible for your group at all times when with Jet 65.
For All Services

Once services are provided, unless booked for extra time for touch ups, all stylists will then pack up and leave the property.
Hair extension add-ins require extra time, as well as an added cost, and must be agreed upon prior to your trial services.
A minimum 15 minute break is required for all stylists.
No added services are allowed the day of unless within the contract.
A 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Sick & Cancellation Policies

If you or anyone who is receiving services are sick the day of your event, the services will be cancelled and the remaining balance will still be owed.
Cancellation of your event must be made 30 days prior to your event. If cancelled after that, the remaining balance will still be owed.
Refunds

There are no refunds of services.
