Get ready for an experience! The comfort of being in your own home, airbnb, or hotel the day of an event is often preferred and relieves stress. There are a few things to note when booking us at your location:

 

Why a deposit before a trial? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The reserves our team, blocks out our schedule from other inquiries, and prepares our travel and kit for your event.

 

Is my venue ok to come to?  Be sure to always ask approval for our team to arrive at the time desired from your venue. Sometimes venues have time restraints.

*The airstream on your location can only be booked if we have a written approval from the venue.

 

Note: We prioritize your safety and cleanliness, so we may refuse service if our space doesn't meet those standards.

 

What will we bring? For the best results, we need our equipment and supplies, so please ensure there's enough room for us to set up. This can vary from tables, chairs, kits, lighting, to full length mirrors, it depends on the space we are in.

We require spaces to park & access to power for our hair tools.​

 

How long will you stay? Once services are completed, our talented stylists will pack up and leave unless you've booked extra time for touch-ups. Hair extension add-ins require additional time cost, so let’s agree on that before your trial services.

​

Do all of those receiving beauty services need to be at the venue at the same time? Please be sure your crew is on time, sometimes schedules need to be mended and people may need to swap their beauty spots accordingly to ensure being on time for your event.

​

Keep in mind our stylists may need a break, water, and in-case-of-emergency care. Time delays can happen, and no added services can be requested on the day unless specified in the contract.

Where is your salon? Our suites are located in Pleasanton CA and is equipped for salon services, private events, photoshoots, and wedding parties.

 

In case of emergencies? Cancellations agreed upon by both parties can lead to future service credits. No-shows will be billed 100% of the service. Deposits of certain services may be required when rebooking.

​

Gratuity? No need to worry about that. We work on a fixed rate and don't have any extra fees or gratuity to add.

illness, late arrivals, & Cancellations

 The health of the collective is our number 1 priority. Whether it is emotional or physical, we understand life happens.

 

What if I am not feeling well? If you or anyone receiving services feels unwell on the day of your appointment, we’ll need to cancel, and the remaining balance will still be due. The option to gift their service to another for that date reserved is possible based on your artist.

 

What is the cancellation period? Event cancellations must be made 30 days in advance, and salon service cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice. The total service amount will be charged, and a new deposit will be necessary for your next booking.

The grace period? We have a 15 minute grace period. This is for both our stylists & guests. Please be respectful of each others time and understanding of readjustments.

​

How long are services? Please be aware that rushing the process is never a good idea. This restricts processing time and potential to achieve your desired result. Projects can take longer than expected and be unpredictable. Each appointment is different and the time will be noted on your booking confirmation. If more time is needed, our professionals will do their best to anticipate that. Allow flexibility - this time is for you and your hair healing!
