7 things to know before booking your salon service

  1. Inspiration Pics aren't guaranteed.

You need to take into consideration the hair texture, length, type, and editing of photos. AI has taken over and we need to make sure your expectations are realistic - just like in real life! We love to go over inspiration pics and always encourage pictures to be sent over ahead of time.

  1. Have an open mind.

Sometimes things need to be shifted, changed, or adjusted based on several factors: budget, priorities, and lifestyle. Having an honest conversation & being realistic with your beauty pro will get you the right results.

  1. Be Honest.

All we want is for our guests to be happy when they leave the chair. If your professional asks you questions about your hair or skin history, health, or at-home care, it is because it is valuable information for our formulating. We won't judge, we want to achieve your goals!

  1. Trust the Process.

Nothing good is rushed; it takes time and effort. Make sure you're committed to the process when it comes to your desired result and understand that hair isn't a one-fits-all; it is incredibly personal and takes chemicals to create your end result. The health of your hair is a priority, let's make sure we are doing the service right.

  1. Extra Time.

Not all goes as planned, like when going to the DR. Sometimes things happen, people are late, hair doesn't process as we expected, people want to add on services, and so on. Salon Services are incredibly personal and are based on customer service, we sometimes cannot anticipate delays - we are only human afterall. Make sure you aren't double booking yourself during your salon day - this time is for you, so use it well!

  1. Snacks and Water.

Most salons provide these things, but if you know your appointment will be a long one, always bring your refreshments. Sometimes things get busy where your stylist can't run out and grab you something, and we don't want you feeling ill! Be aware of what you need and prepare accordingly.

  1. Maintenance & Care

Expect a maintenance & care regimen to follow after your visit; this includes a follow-up appointment. If you desire dream hair, it requires effort, like a relationship! We want to keep your look feeling like it did when you left the salon. Products, at-home maintenance, and salon visits are required for this - so make sure you find someone you trust and vibe with!
